Writer/ director/ star Evans (son of Ali MacGraw and Robert Evans) whisks us off to yet another suburban dystopia whose shimmering exterior conceals a drug culture hungrily awaiting the next new thing. When the stuff arrives, impetuous Paul (Evans) gets mixed up with a dealer (Madsen), and things head swiftly downhill.
