''When Harry Met Sally...'' hits the campus, and this time they're insipid and charmless! In Boys and Girls zany Jennifer (Forlani) and uptight Ryan (Prinze) don't like each other at first, but later they do, and friendship is complicated. (Sample exchange: ''You're dumb! Dumb dumb dumb dumb dumb!'' ''No... you're dumb!'')

The leads are pulseless, the plot is plodding, but this movie will make you feel: (a) anger at those who ''created'' this flaccid piece of tedium; (b) fear that you, too, will start engaging in witless banter; (c) a desire to give certain boys and girls a wicked spanking.
