In The Replacements Keanu Reeves shows off some nice moves as a former All American quarterback leading an NFL ''scab'' team of has beens and never weres. Some good moments with Brooke Langton as his bartender/ cheerleader romantic interest notwithstanding, this lukewarm comedy just goes through the standard underdog sports flick motions. It's a sort of gridiron ''Major League,'' with a little more heart -- and far fewer laughs. Not an even trade.
