LEGAL BRIEF First Robert Downey Jr., and now Shannen Doherty has another brush with the law. Police arrested the ''Charmed'' star for investigation of drunk driving Thursday after they saw her pickup truck weaving on California's Ventura Freeway. According to AP, Doherty refused to take a breath test and opted instead to have blood drawn at the county jail. Results of the blood sobriety test, however, may not be available for another week.
