NÜ CRÜE REVüE

Motley Cure reunite for world tour -- Nikki Sixx tells EW what fans shouldn't expect from the '80s hair band this time around

Daughters, lock up your mothers! Mötley Crüe are reuniting for the first time since 1997: The '80s road warriors (drummer Tommy Lee, bassist Nikki Sixx, guitarist Mick Mars, singer Vince Neil) start a world tour Feb. 17 in Fort Lauderdale. Mr. Sixx tells us what the heavy metalers won't be doing this time around.

No naked pie fights ''We were doing a photo shoot and they wanted us to have a f---ing pie fight with each other. First of all, Crüe don't throw f---ing pies. They were like, 'We'll have all these naked chicks in the picture.' I'm not giving [people] permission to not look at my music.''

No chubby Vince Neil ''Vince is really getting in killer shape. [On an upcoming VH1 reality show], they gave him [a face-lift]. I subscribe more to the Keith Richards concept of the more f---ed you look, the better you look.''

No smack ''I won't be shooting smack on this tour.''

No spandex (say it ain't so!) ''We all show up for rehearsal in jeans, ripped T-shirt, and very unshowered.''

No groupie-sharing ''I'm married. Vince is getting married. Mick's got a longtime girl. Tommy's single — so I guess there will be some shenanigans.''

No chance of a Merce Cunningham collaboration ''We will have the craziest drum solo, the most insane lighting rig, loudest PA system, the most energy, hour and a half, two hours of hits...the most of everything we can stick in the f---ing can.''
