They even have a song devoted to them (called, yes, ''Harajuku Girls''). The girls dress up like futuristic comic-book heroines in high-fashion-meets-punk getups—knee-high boots, cutesy minidresses, extreme makeup—heaven for a budding designer like Stefani.
