All About
Bring It OnB
Score one for the return of (comparably) wholesome teenage comedies. After learning that her award winning cheerleading routines have been stolen from the minority team across town, Bring It On's feisty squad captain Dunst (''The Virgin Suicides'') doggedly fights to do the right thing while saving her school's crumbling ''cheerocracy.'' Almost as clever as ''Clueless'' and without the sex- centricities of ''American Pie,'' television comedy vet Peyton Reed's lite but smart satire carries a spirited message of feminism and racial unification. Give it a B!
