The singer-songwriter's modest reach and pensive melodies could easily get lost in the white noise of contemporary culture; it would be a shame, though, to miss tiny gems like ''Little Flowers'' and the title track. His brand of happy anachronism is easy enough to fall into — if you can slow down long enough to enjoy it.
