There's a scene in a ''Simpsons'' episode where the show's producers mock the family's overexposure by having Homer and the gang put out a calypso record. Which brings us to Kelly Osbourne's debut CD, Shut Up. Its mere existence is more about marketing than music. And Osbourne's voice is coated in roughly 536 vocal effects. But punky ditties like ''Coolhead'' are actually kinda catchy. I mean, this could have been worse. A lot worse.
