Though her movies may not always succeed the last two, Derailed and Rumor Has It, were critical and commercial bombs no one can accuse Jennifer Aniston of not trying new things. She'll always live in our hearts (and in syndication) as Friends' cutie-pie Rachel Green, but in her big-screen career she's more range-y, not only signing on for the romantic comedies at which she's become expert (Picture Perfect, Along Came Polly), but also tackling darker material (like The Good Girl and Derailed).
On April 7, Aniston goes for more indie cred in director Nicole Holofcener's Friends With Money, playing a maid envious of, well, friends with money (Catherine Keener and Frances McDormand, pictured). To mark the occasion, we're looking back at Aniston's past roles (even an early-career, rather embarrassing one involving a certain campy troll). You decide what's worked for her and what hasn't.
