HIGHLIGHTS You can see how long and tangled this show's seven-year path has been by watching the 7 p.m. rebroadcast of the first episode from 1999 — remember Sam (Rob Lowe) discovering to his horror that he's just slept with a call girl? Josh (Bradley Whitford) offending Christian groups with an offhand comment? BURNING QUESTIONS Will President Bartlet sum up his two terms in a Latin oration? Since the episode is titled ''Tomorrow,'' will we return to the flash-forward at the Bartlet Presidential Library that opened the season? Will Josh and Donna live happily ever after?
