Jenna may have magically bypassed most of her awkward teenage and young-adult years, but life is still a pajama party for her when she wakes up one day to find herself a top editor at women's magazine Poise. She has a gorgeous Fifth Avenue pad, a designer wardrobe, a professional hockey-player boyfriend, a company limo, and a drinking-buddy friendship with Madonna. (These perks require a lot more suspension of disbelief than the whole age-skipping thing.) True, there are catty office politics to negotiate, and there's the notion that Jenna has become one of the Heathers she used to fear, but the charming Garner makes sure the Poise-d Jenna never strays too far from her inner dork.
