BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN
Who's the Boss, indeed! Jersey's finest already has 15 wins under his belt, as well as an Emmy (for a televised concert) and an Oscar (for his song for the 1993 Tom Hanks film Philadelphia), but his recent release, Magic, still lured Grammy voters. Among his four noms: one for Album of the Year, one for Song of the Year (''Radio Nowhere''), and one for Best Rock Instrumental Performance (for ''Once Upon a Time in the West,'' from a tribute to the Italian composer Ennio Morricone). What are we waiting for, world? Just give the man a Tony, too.
