FEIST
To indie-music fans, the 31-year-old Canadian songstress is hardly new (her hard-to-find first album, 1999's Monarch Lay Your Jewelled Head Down garners big bucks on eBay, and 2004's Let It Die was a critical favorite). But to Grammy voters, she's eligible for Best New Artist, since this year's The Reminder is her first on a major label. They also gave her a shot at Best Pop Vocal Album, Best Female Pop Vocal, and Best Short Form Video, for the deliciously candy-colored ''1234.'' Who knew an iPod Nano ad could do so much?
