Fergie Ferg's decision to perform her torch-y ballad ''Finally'' instead of any of her five (!) hit solo singles borders on mind-boggling. And the simple setup — just an acoustic piano and the Dutchess herself — didn't play to her reedy voice's strengths, to put it mildly. But worst of all, why have John Legend on stage with her if he wasn't going to sing? C
