Vanessa L. Williams is brill on Ugly Betty! — Gretchen Weiners

I'm a charter passenger on the Vanessa Williams love train, but you have to remember that the geniuses at the Foreign Press Association turn the television supporting categories into a stew that mashes together comedies, dramas, tv movies and miniseries. Here's hoping that the show doesn't fall victim to the first-season Emmy curse (ignored in most if not all major categories) and that she gets some Emmy love next summer. — Jim
