98. CHRISTOPHER WALKEN
Pennies From Heaven (1981)
He's on screen for only eight minutes, but Walken makes every second count as a slick pimp seducing Bernadette Peters' innocent with sweet jive and a knock-your-socks-off song and dance. Tapping (literally) into his inner Astaire, Walken bumps, grinds, and stomps out a fierce striptease making ''Let's Misbehave'' less an invitation than a lascivious calling.
