Quiz Show (1994)
Rob Morrow, as the lawyer investigating the rigged game show Twenty-One, has to study Fiennes' face closely. So does the viewer. As Charles Van Doren, an intellectual undone by the lure of the tube, Fiennes executes a series of subtle shudders, broken smiles, and agitated glances. He registers pangs of conscience as little flinches — injuries flashing across his face.
