...fell apart on the job

December 21st, 1996. I had gone to see Titanic with my friends, and I held the biggest lump in my throat, because I didn't want my friends to see me cry. Three days later, I am standing over a copy machine at my temp job, when Celine Dion's song ''My Heart Will Go On'' comes up, the one with dialogue from the movie intercut played by Z100. Just as Kate Winslet says, ''I'll never let go, Jack.'' I begin to cry over the machine and continue to curl on the floor and let out three days of repressed tears as I cry out, ''I can't believe he died...'' My temp job co-workers to this day must believe that a member of my family died on that day. — Mozz
