It is incomprehensible that [The Wire,] the most well written and acted show in the history of television is overlooked, while a seemingly mediocre season of the Sopranos, by most accounts, gets 15 nominations, just because it's the end of the series. Season four [of The Wire] was as close to perfect as a show can be. Tom
You know how I know Emmy voters don't even WATCH The Wire? Because no human being with even half a heart could watch what happened to Randy Wagstaff and Namond Brice through the course of the last season and not be moved to tears. Mike
