Lori Petty was unwatchable in the otherwise very enjoyable A League of Their Own. Her goony, bug-eyed, screechy performance pulled me out of the movie every time she appeared. And this is a movie with Madonna! And Rosie O'Donnell! Yet both of their phony New Yawkese, scenery-chewing performances managed to entertain me. —Deluxx
