Berryman's sketch is inspired by the time he got locked up on the roof of Paris’ Pompidou Centre as an eight-year-old boy. ''I can just remember the door closing and me being stuck out there. I think somebody had followed me, came up to the roof and brought me down. I can’t remember that much about it or what my mother said. I just remember being terrified and feeling very alone, thinking I was going to die up there on the roof.''
