Diaz looks as if she's been caught just seconds before she arrives somewhere, soon to be flash-frozen in a haze of exploding lights. Is she having a private moment, or does she know that she'll look even more beautiful if she acts like she doesn't know she's being photographed? ''I was just the model for the story. This was like playing a character, or playing a moment, which I really enjoyed,'' says the actress.
