Dimmock used a drizzly day in Paris to capture the singer's softer side (along with another series of shots that saw Pink standing on an eight-inch ledge in the rain). ''It's quite nice to have the quiet moment as well as the screamy, shouty animal that we all see on MTV,'' he says of this close-up. ''Everyone knows Pink as this sort of energetic, wild tomboy. I wanted to prove that there is a soft little girl inside.'' Albeit a soft little girl with some serious ink. ''Her tattoos take on a whole new context when you actually calm the girl down.''
