Maddie and David finally do it (March 31, 1987)

True, the decision by Moonlighting's writers to let their central characters do the horizontal mambo not only deflated their delicious sexual tension but also eliminated much of the show's appeal. But you've got to admit that the borderline-violent interplay between David (Bruce Willis) and Maddie (Cybill Shepherd) on that ill-fated glass table was so hot it was almost worth it.
