''It's not what it looks like,'' declared psychotic Kimberly Shaw (Marcia Cross) seconds before detonating a bomb that blew up the Melrose Place complex in the fourth-season premiere of the addictive Aaron Spelling soap. ''It's worse.'' Or, rather, better, if you happened to be a fan of wild explosions and unabashed camp: Cross's patented ''crazy face.'' A boozy Alison in peril. Jangly guitars. Fire! And Billy with a pulse! (Well, sort of.) Pleasures don't come much guiltier, or buzzed-about, than this.
