Craig steps into the role as the sixth Bond — the shortest at 5' 11'', and the only blond Bond to date. This savvy adaptation of Ian Fleming's first Bond book is its third screen remake, and by far the highest-grossing film in the franchise. Not only did it make Daniel Craig a household name, it also demonstrated how to construct a simple-but-sure torture device from a bottomless chair and a thick knotted rope. Yowch!
