18. The Dukes of Hazzard (CBS)
For a show that taught us right from wrong (thanks, Uncle Jesse), it sure was frisky: This first season not only brought us Daisy (Catherine Bach) in her famous short-shorts — and that infamous red bikini — but also a plotline that involved an RV whorehouse. The series remained hot until fall '82, when Bo (John Schneider) and Luke (Tom Wopat) hit the NASCAR circuit while Coy and Vance took the wheel of the General Lee.
