Infernal Affairs (2002)
If you loved Martin Scorsese's The Departed, you should really check out the Hong Kong original. Shot for shot, it's very similar — as is the plot about dueling moles within the police and the mob trying to ferret each other out — but Andrew Lau's version is much leaner, tighter, and faster.
