LOVE'S FIRST BLUSH Marlena fell in love with and married John, an amnesiac she thought was her plastic-surgery-altered MIA husband Roman. They were happily married, at least until she ''died'' in an airplane explosion a year later.
HAPPILY EVER AFTER? They were reunited after her return from the grave, and were on-again/off-again through many bad times (the revelation of his real identity, her satanic possession, his near-fatal shooting, her amnesia, etc.). But just last year John was killed in a hit-and-run. Still, as her own history and that of AMC's Angie Hubbard shows, death doesn't mean a thing.
