''Jericho is one of the best dramas on television. But the network never really gave it a fighting chance. Seven episodes? Premiering mid-season? And not playing re-runs of the entire first season even when there was nothing better to air during the writers' strike? They had every intention of killing this great show (which is such the antithesis of CBS I'm not sure how it made it on in the first place) and replacing it with more lame reality shows, unfunny sitcoms and incarnations of CSI.''
