THE TOWN OF JERICHO
With fewer than 5,000 citizens, Jericho is the stereotypical Midwestern town in the middle of nowhere. Its location in western Kansas makes it a prime rendezvous point for the ''terrorists''; it's outside of any projected fallout zone and has a great deal of arable land.
