Not an ideal documentary — our own Owen Gleiberman said ''there's a complacency, if not an undertow of dullness, to the film's righteous booster spirit'' — but it does look back at the legacy of Brown v. Board of Education, the 1954 Supreme Court ruling that forced school desegregation, with a passionate sense of urgency.
