The Roxbury Guys — Steve and his brother Doug (Chris Kattan, next to guest Jim Carrey) — were best known for wearing iridescent suits and rhythmically bobbing their heads on the dance floor. That was pretty much it, though they somehow found a way to stretch the sketch into a feature, which Ferrell cowrote.
