No amount of caked mud and face paint could keep audiences from taking notice of Chong's exotic good looks as a prehistoric member of a cannibalistic tribe. Oh, and her acting wasn't half bad either — Chong earned a Best Actress Genie Award (kind of like a Canadian Oscar) for her role.
