Apparently Old Scratch, who a deceased Kenny meets in hell, has a couple soft spots...for his lover, Saddam Hussein, whose devotion he questions, and for Kenny. The Lord of the Underworld grants the doomed schoolboy a wish that turns back time and saves everyone from the war with Canada.
