The only time we ever saw Samantha profess her love to a man — that is, before Smith came along — was to Richard Wright, the business exec who wooed her in season 4. She gave this painting (created by an on-set scenic artist) to Richard as a gift, but after she caught him cheating on her, she smashed the artwork and shrieked, ''Now your heart's broken too!''
