BY THE BOOK
Prop master Wright created this book jacket for Carrie's party in season 5, but what you may not know is that the text on the back and inside flaps was written just for the show by graphic artist Joan Winters. Winters, who also penned most of Carrie's columns and other text-heavy items (like apartment ads) for Sex and the City, wrote the advance praise for the faux book: ''Bradshaw provides direct and breathtaking insights in a loveless hue...People that don't love this book are beyond help and immune to the songs of the snake charmer.''
