Oscar's definitely in the running for the longest-suffering of Dunder Mifflin's many long-suffering employees. In season one, he had to put up with some vintage Michael Scott insults for being Mexican-American; later on, he got outed against his will, leading to even more indignities from homophobic (and/or just plain dumb) co-workers. Luckily, he's got a killer deadpan to combat all the wildly inappropriate workplace comments.
