Total Recall (1990)
Paul Verhoeven officially lost his mind when he first unveiled Quatto, a slimy, super-sentient homunculus protruding from some poor dude's chest. It looks like the baby from It's Alive dipped in snot, or Yoda with a hangover (who Forced himself into a fat dude's belly). How Ahnuld managed to keep a straight face only goes to show what an underrated thespian he is.
