The tennis champion never got to attend her own prom, so DWTS happily threw a sleazy, disco-tastic one for her. But by the look of Monica's putrid pink gown, this prom apparently took place in either 1983 or a low-budget Disney movie entitled Smack That Ball (Room).

It's damn near impossible to narrow the series' sartorial cesspool of sequins, fringe, and shattered dreams down to a measly 13 lowlights. We tried anyway.
