BEST SUPPORTING ACTRESS, DRAMA
GILLIAN FLYNN: Let's give a nod to Dexter's Jennifer Carpenter: She's a tough, tortured cop, a gruffly doting sister to a serial killer, and a sweetheart of a girlfriend when she's given the chance the heart of an often heartless show. And Dirty Sexy Money's Natalie Zea needs a nomination too she's a great daffy dame in the Carole Lombard tradition.
KEN TUCKER: Hey, I'd forgotten about Zea (darn that pesky writers' strike) you're absolutely right, she's terrific! But the young woman I really want to see nominated (and win) is Mia Wasikowska as the vulnerable teen in HBO's In Treatment. It's a great rookie performance.
