These days when actor Matthew McConaughey comes to mind, it's easy to just think shirtless ''Sexiest Man Alive'' who bums around on beaches when he's not filming increasingly inane (but admittedly profitable) romantic comedies — the latest, Fool's Gold, debuts on DVD this week. But a quick look at his résumé shows there's more depth than you might expect. (And surprisingly, his Texas drawl seems to be appropriate in almost every role.)
