Leaf through our memory book of some beloved onscreen nuptials, including those that really took the cake (''My Big Fat Greek Wedding'') -- and others that didn't quite come off without a hitch (''Old School'')
WEDDING CRASHERS (2005)
THE BLESSED EVENT A host of D.C. dignitaries (John McCain, James Carville, etc.) are on the guest list for the nuptials of a daughter of the U.S. Treasury Secretary (Christopher Walken). Our titular terrors (Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson), prowling for bridesmaids, are not.
WHY IT TAKES THE CAKE The wedding itself may be a side-splitting riot (yikes: Stage-Five Clinger!), but the freaky family getaway that follows (including cutthroat touch football, a randy mama, and a charming love story to boot) is like icing on top.
