The third wife’s a charm for King Henry VIII (Jonathan Rhys Meyers) when Showtime’s royal drama, The Tudors returns in April. Jane Seymour (Annabelle Wallis) is ''perfect because of her obedience,'' Rhys Meyers says. ''She doesn’t question or interfere.'' But as we learned in history class she does leave him heartbroken. ''She dies after childbirth,'' explains the actor. ''So it's a man realizing too late the good thing that was in front of him.''
''Henry looks back on youth alot this season. I wanted him to be rough. His heart has been crushed, and in turn, he will crush other people,'' says Rhys Meyers.
