No rehearsals, no forcing the scene. Those were Emma Thompson and Dustin Hoffman's rules when they signed on to Joel Hopkins' middle-aged romance Last Chance Harvey (out Dec. 25). ''There is no separation between what's on film and the way we were in between takes,'' says Hoffman.
