'Dollhouse' and More First Looks

Edie Falco describes her title character on Showtime's 2009 dark comedy series Nurse Jackie — set in a New York City emergency room — as ''hardworking, passionate, and conflicted.'' But don't expect her to deal with your HMO. ''Paperwork, insurance, and other nonsense that gets in the way of actual healing — she has no time or energy for it,'' Falco adds. ''She just wants to treat the patient.''
