In the Dec. 25 Disney adventure Bedtime Stories, Adam Sandler stars as Skeeter — a sort of ''Cinder-fella'' character, says director Adam Shankman (Hairspray). ''Life hasn't been easy on him.'' And when he babysits his niece and nephew, ''the stories he tells them at night start coming true in strange ways.'' In this scene, Skeeter has just won a zero-gravity fight in a space globe — ''He's like a Han Solo,'' explains Shankman — refereed by Richard Griffiths (left), a.k.a. ''the emperor of the star system.'' Nah, we wouldn’t call that strange at all.
