She is trying to figure out if in doing what Oprah says for one whole year she will be able to ''live your best life.'' It's crazy, insane, and addicting. She's blogging every day about her assignments, tasks, feelings, etc., you can go back and read it from the beginning. Certainly worth checking out. —Jefferson
