The Magnificent Seven (1960)
This remake of the 1954 Japanese film Seven Samurai tells the story of a group of gunslingers who band together to protect a Mexican village from marauding bandits. Though many of the townsfolk want them gone, the group remains steadfast, eventually earning the villagers' support during the final battle.
